RC has replaced Postini's email filtering service with a new product from Red Condor. Like Postini, Red Condors' email security eliminates spam, protects against ID theft, viruses, spyware, phishing schemes and other offensive content, while allowing other email to be delivered.
All tnics.com email accounts will have access to their own Personal Dashboard http://tnics.redcondor.net/console/ that allows each mailbox owner to refine policies and review quarantined spam. Each user can receive a Spam Digest report, providing a visual look at his individual filter profile. Spam Digest is the special place where all mailbox owners email is quarantined and has the following functions:
- List of activity for your account of email identified by Red Condor as spam, junk, phishing, or containing a virus or other dangerous content since the last digest. These messages have been filtered and held in quarantine for your review. It shows a list off all quarantined email, the reason the message was filtered, the date, time, message size, senders name, the sender’s email account, and email subject line.
- Portal to the quarantined messages. There you can review a message and release it if needed.
- Portal to your personal dashboard where you can manage your account, customize views, and generate reports.
