By order of the Federal Communications Commission, all inside wiring from the protector (demarcation) up to and including the telephone jack, is the property of the customer. Therefore it is the customer's responsibility for the maintenance of all inside wiring. The telephone company does offer an Inside Wiring Maintenance Agreement for a small monthly charge to maintain the inside wiring for the customer with no further charges. For a fee, we will install wiring for the customer, or as a contractor on building projects in and around our service areas. Our technicians are certified installers including Category 5 wire.
